Good lord, that's one of the best vectors I've seen in ages. A really innovative way to use vectors, I love the explosion of the curves of the human form and the strong geometrics of the cityscape-like elements. If I was to interpret this in any way, I'd say he looks a bi like a modern day angel, the two wire-like designs coming from his back being some metaphorical wings. My favourite part has to be the way you'v handled the colour on his legs though. Gorgeous work.
