Brilliantly done. Every element flows perfectly into every other, and you've managed to (as always) incorporate a large amount of colors without it looking disjointed. You've put a bit of shininess into it, but not an overwhelming amount, which is good.

My only critique would be that the purple splatters on the front guitar (or whatever instrument that is) don't really match the rest of the image. Overall, there's a lot of flow and movement, and the splatters just kind of halt it.
